Role Description

We’re seeking a full-time, remote UI/UX Designer to join RSA Creative Studio. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and ensuring an optimal user experience for websites and applications across a range of industries.

What You’ll Do

• Create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Webflow developers, graphic designers, and product owners, to deliver optimized designs.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and refine design concepts.
• EContinuously iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for websites and applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Experience designing responsive websites and applications for multiple devices.
• A strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user-centric design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
